1. Services

Mylder.io provides software development, digital consulting, and project management services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Client Portal

Access to the client portal is provided to active clients for project tracking and communication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables and intellectual property are transferred to you. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies for our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oslo District Court.
